Advanced In-House Quality Laboratory

Our state-of-the-art quality laboratory is integrated into our U.S. manufacturing facility, serving as one of the most advanced in-factory solar module testing centers in North America. Operating under stringent quality management protocols, the lab ensures that every module meets and exceeds applicable UL and IEEE standards before leaving the production line.

The facility supports a comprehensive suite of reliability and safety tests — including electroluminescence imaging, thermal cycling, humidity freeze, potential-induced degradation (PID) resistance, and mechanical load testing — verifying durability and long-term performance under diverse environmental conditions.

By combining continuous in-house validation with third-party certifications, our integrated laboratory ensures consistent manufacturing quality and delivers products that are fully compliant and bankable for the North American market.

Milestones

• Nov 2023 – First Testing Module Made in the USA

  Successfully produced the first U.S.-made PV module at our Mesquite facility, marking the start of domestic manufacturing capability validation.

  

• Mar 2024 – UL Certification Achieved

  All equipment across three production lines passed UL certification, ensuring compliance with North American safety and performance standards.

• Jul 2024 – ISO 9001:2015 Certified

  Achieved ISO 9001 certification for our quality management system, reinforcing our commitment to operational excellence.

• Jun 2025 – ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Certified
