From domestic manufacturing and local jobs to community volunteering and safety milestones, here’s how we’re building a stronger, more self-reliant energy future — one module at a time.
In the Community
Our people showed up where it matters. Team members joined the City of Mesquite’s Trash Bash to clean local parks and public spaces, and volunteered on National Day of Giving to plant gardens and restore shared outdoor areas. Different projects, one shared goal: healthier, more connected communities for everyone.
A Growing, Connected Team
We welcomed new leaders and a wave of new operators as our fifth production line came online — creating good local jobs and investing in the people who fill them through hands-on training, Lunch & Learn sessions, and open discussions that turn frontline insight into better ways of working. Colleagues from our China team joined our U.S. sites to exchange expertise, strengthening the collaboration that powers our growth.
Safety & Well-Being First
This quarter we reinforced forklift and equipment safety practices across our facilities and shared summer wellness and benefits resources to help our team stay healthy on and off the clock.
Sustainable Growth
Progress you can measure: production exceeded plan, our newest line ramped up smoothly, and we continued scaling the domestic manufacturing capacity that helps secure a more reliable energy supply for North America.
